Stephen Cromie
my story
I've been there, so I understand.
I made it, and you can too.
Having served for over 32 years in other industries, the art of listening first and delivering second, has certainly been fundamental to delivering a wonderful outcome for my clients.
Experiencing the loss of my loved ones, taught me that life is fleeting, and every moment counts, including the last moments of saying goodbye. Going through the process of grief is difficult in itself, let alone organising a funeral at the same time.
Meeting with funeral directors, left me confused and disorientated, not knowing where to go in order to fill service gaps that they either didn’t provide or the service was lacking.
It was my personal experience that led me to establish “My Heart Funerals”.

my story
Our role is to do all the work, so you can focus more on your loved ones.
I have loved working in the Customer Service Industry for the past 30 years and have been blessed to have met so many beautiful clients who have become close, lifelong friends over the years.
Until the tragic death of my wonderful Father, just weeks before Christmas in 2023, I had never personally been involved in the process of planning a funeral. I found it to be both heartbreaking and completely overwhelming.
My hope now, is to be able to assist other people going through their own, equally as difficult and devastating circumstances.
I am proud to be part of an organisation that has such genuine compassion, and endeavours to make the funeral process much simpler, thereby allowing people to focus more of their time on their loved ones and the grieving process itself.
